Cool place, friendly cool staff, really cheap drinks. Unfortunately the live acts on the day I visited were a bit baaaad, but Im sure that was just that day.
HIDDEN GEM IN BERLIN
If you’re a fan of local, alternative entertainment, this is the dive bar for you. It’s got good music, fun people, and an overall good vibe on busy nights. If you go on a calm night, it’s probably dead there.
Cool small neighborhood club with a very "underground / raw" feel. The size and the spartan decor of the dancefloor creates an intimate vibe that gives you the feeling you are at a house party with friends. The vibe and the crowd changes based on the party that's going on. If you come on a good party night then dancing together with friends so close to the dj on the dancefloor, hanging out in the front room on one of the couches or the lounge chairs, or chilling in the dark cellar gives you the feeling that you are having a real "Berlin experience" that is way cooler than being in a big room full of tourists. Definitely worth checking out!
Amazing, hidden venue with a squat house feel. Cool music events in the back room that kinda feels like the basement of a serial killer. Decent beer selection for such a small venue. Really liked this place.
Absolutely one of my favourite places in Berlin, especially when Dr Nexus organize :) out of the mainstream here you can really feel the underground spirit of the city. It is dirty, it is rotten, it is amazing. I think place like this are the only places where you can really enjoy Art out of the business, out of the mainstream. Go, don't be scared, and enjoy ! Much love to this unique underground experience.
The bar is not expensive, there is always a nice band playing on the second room and the image of alternative movies projected on the wall, so I really like the atmosphere
